Piper O’Kane is the Operations & Transaction Coordinator for The Dougherty Team, where she oversees operational planning, team coordination, and the development of business activities. Additionally, Piper supports the team by creating financial models and conducting analyses for transactions of varying complexity to bolster the team’s pipeline growth.

Piper embarked on her professional journey with the Dougherty Team in 2021 through the Drexel University Co-op program. Now having graduated from college with a degree in Business Analytics and Management Information Systems, Piper now dedicates her time to working with the team on a full-time basis. In her role, she has been instrumental in enhancing team growth by contributing to the hiring and training process and fostering diversity within the team.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Piper finds joy in various activities. Her upbringing as a competitive ski racer has translated into her competitive natural and later role as a ski racing instructor. Beyond skiing, she maintains an active lifestyle through pursuits like hiking, running, and fitness.
