Owings Mills, MD, May 28, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research, and advisory services, announced today the sale of Greenspring Valley Office, a 10,000-square-foot property located at 8 Greenspring Valley Road, Owings Mills, MD, according to Tim Stephenson, regional manager of the firm’s Philadelphia office. The asset sold for $1,423,000.
Jacob Haslach and Derrick Dougherty, investment specialists at Marcus & Millichap, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured and represented the buyer, a local private investor.
