The property sold for $7,232,547.

Woodard and Derrick Dougherty, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, developers throughout the Mid-Atlantic, and procured the buyer, a private owner and developer based in New Jersey.
“This property was built in Wawa’s backyard, just 30 miles from their headquarters,” said Dougherty, senior vice president investments. “This sale marks a significant milestone for our team as this is our 6th Wawa closing in the last 12 months."
Built in 2022, the Wawa property is on 1.27 acres at 200 S. Easton Road, visible to more than 13,000 vehicles per day. The asset is at a signalized corner less than a mile from Arcadia University, with adjacent national retailers including Dunkin’ and 7-Eleven.
