Closed: Burger King in Smyrna, DE for $2M

Smyrna, DE, April 27th, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of  Burger King, a 2,500-square-foot net-leased property located in Smyrna, DE, according to Timothy Stephenson, regional manager of the firm’s Philadelphia office. The asset sold for $2,000,000. 

Jacob Haslach and Derrick Dougherty, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor based in Delaware. Jacob Haslach and Derrick Dougherty had the opportunity to represent the buyer, a private investor, in this transaction.
