Allentown, PA, September 30th, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research, and advisory services, announced today the sale of Family Dollar, an 8,320 square-foot property located at 1735 S 4th St, Allentown, PA, 18103, according to Tim Stephenson, regional manager of the firm’s Philadelphia office. The asset sold for $1,986,070.
Nick Geaneotes and Derrick Dougherty, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor based in the Philadelphia MSA.

"The buyer acquired a store that ranks in the top third of Family Dollar locations nationwide based on foot traffic," Geaneotes added. "It sits on South 4th Street across from Price Rite, with about 20,000 vehicles a day and nearly 250,000 people within five miles."
