The asset sold for $4,900,000.

The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Derrick Dougherty and Mark Krantz, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office Susan Bands, Broker, assisted in closing this transaction.

Sun Plaza is located at 151 Old Ridgefield Rd in Wilton, CT. This 15,639 square foot retail and medical office building was constructed in 2009. The building has an elevator, a full basement, and has 52 parking spaces to support it’s tenants.
