Camden, DE, May 1, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research, and advisory services, announced today the sale of Redner’s, a 48,557-square-foot property located at 2500 South Dupont Highway, Camden, DE, according to Tim Stephenson, regional manager of the firm’s Philadelphia office. The asset sold for $5,952,154.
Derrick Dougherty and Colin Reder, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a family-owned estate, and represented and procured the buyer, a local oral surgeon.
