The asset sold for $5,313,000.

Mark Krantz and Derrick Dougherty, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a property management and development company located in central New Jersey. Mark Krantz and Derrick Dougherty had the opportunity to represent the buyer, a private investor located in New Jersey.
