The asset sold for $800,000.
Brian Higgins, David Shoemaker, Andrew Fannin, Jack Hamilton, and Ari Nordlinger, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor from Delaware County. “This sale showed a truly amazing example of the partnership of the buyer and seller working together with open lines of communication throughout the entire sale process. It was a pleasure working with all parties involved in this transaction,” said Colin Reder, Associate Director Investments.
