Douglassville, PA, September 30, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced the sale of Redner's Fresh Market, a grocery store in Douglassville, Pennsylvania. The asset sold for $7.1 million.

Reder, Derrick Dougherty and Scott Woodard of Marcus & Millichap exclusively listed the property on behalf of the seller, a regional limited partnership, and procured the buyer, a large Philadelphia-area company. Located at 11 Douglassville Shopping Center, the 48,000-square-foot property sits on a 3.18- acre lot. It was built in 1976 and renovated in 2025. Redner’s Markets is a privately held, employee-owned grocery company with 64 locations across the Mid-Atlantic. The property is situated in Douglassville, inside the Reading metropolitan area. It is directly off of Ben Franklin Highway, approximately 40 miles away from Philadelphia.
