Mark Krantz and Derrick Dougherty, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor based in Toms River, NJ. Mark Krantz and Derrick Dougherty also represented the buyer, a private investor based in Lakewood, NJ.
