The asset sold for $1,200,000.
Mark Krantz and Derrick Dougherty, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor based in Connecticut. The buyer, a private investor, was represented by Brandon Blake of SVN Three Rivers Commercial Advisors.
