Radford, VA, February 2nd, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research, and advisory services, announced today the sale of a CVS Pharmacy, a 11,970-square-foot property located at 31 West Main Street, Radford, VA, according to Tim Stephenson, regional manager of the firm’s Philadelphia office. The asset sold for $1,840,000.
Jacob Haslach and Derrick Dougherty, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a New York–based family. Jacob Haslach and Derrick Dougherty had the opportunity to represent the buyer, a Florida-based private investor, in this transaction.
