Dunkin' Sold in Westampton Township, NJ for $1.2M

Westampton Township, NJ, May 15, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research, and advisory services, announced today the sale of Dunkin’, a 1,500-square-foot property located at 2048 Mount Holly Rd, Westampton Township, NJ, according to Tim Stephenson, regional manager of the firm’s Philadelphia office. The asset sold for $1,211,009.

Derrick Dougherty, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the sellers, local owners and developers. The buyer, a private net lease investor based in Maine, was procured and represented by Brad Kam.

“This property offered investors a rare chance to acquire a newly constructed, 2024 net lease asset on over an acre of land—featuring a modern double drive-thru design and prime frontage along Mount Holly Road, which sees over 30,000 vehicles daily,” said Derrick Dougherty.
